Sales Manager

The position is responsible for achieving sales goals as well as ensuring consistent and profitable sales revenues growth through positive planning, deployment and management of sales resources. The position is also responsible for identifying objectives, strategies and action plans for purposes of improving short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Senior Sales Manager

The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of CHEMTREC’s sales program, with a specific focus on new customer sales.  The position is also responsible for completing sales forecasts, developing key process indicators (KPIs), and effectively executing the strategic sales plan.  The position reports directly to the Director, Sales and Business Development.

Customer Service Representative

The position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to companies registered and companies interested in registering with CHEMTREC, as well as identifying the needs of the customers and routing requests to the appropriate CHEMTREC team.

Event & Project Management Specialist

The Event & Project Management Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing national outreach initiatives and in-person training events in collaboration with emergency response agencies, government partners, and industry stakeholders. This role requires a proactive, professional, and self-directed individual capable of managing high-impact projects, engaging with diverse audiences, and representing the organization in public-facing environments.
