Sales Consultant

The position is responsible for closing prospective clients. The position is also responsible for leading all pre-contract discussions with a prospective client and capturing the opportunity within the CHEMTREC CRM System. This position reports directly to the Director, Sales and Business Development.  

QI/QA Training Manager

This position is responsible for planning, building, and executing a comprehensive training operation to ensure excellence and continued quality improvement within CHEMTREC’s Emergency Operations Center and Emergency Response offerings. 

Sales Manager

The position is responsible for achieving sales goals as well as ensuring consistent and profitable sales revenues growth through positive planning, deployment and management of sales resources. The position is also responsible for identifying objectives, strategies and action plans for purposes of improving short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Senior Sales Manager

The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of CHEMTREC’s sales program, with a specific focus on new customer sales.  The position is also responsible for completing sales forecasts, developing key process indicators (KPIs), and effectively executing the strategic sales plan.  The position reports directly to the Director, Sales and Business Development.

Customer Service Representative

The position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to companies registered and companies interested in registering with CHEMTREC, as well as identifying the needs of the customers and routing requests to the appropriate CHEMTREC team. 

Emergency Services Specialist

The Emergency Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the assigned shift within the CHEMTREC Operations Center. The position reports directly to the Lead Watch Supervisor.
