Customer Care Representative
We are currently hiring a Customer Care Representative. This position is responsible for providing basic customer service assistance to companies registered and companies interested in registering with CHEMTREC, as well as identifying the needs of the customers and routing to the appropriate CHEMTREC department. This position is also responsible for processing and addressing requests about Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for CHEMTREC customers, and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
