Customer Experience & Service Manager

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

The position is responsible for managing and overseeing the customer service team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction. The position reports to the Head of Innovation and Experience; CHEMTREC Counsel.

Finance & Reporting Manager

Salary Range: $88,000.00 To $105,000.00 Annually

CHEMTREC is seeking a highly motivated Finance and Reporting Manager to play a key role in driving the organization's financial strategy, business performance, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Controller, this position leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis activities for CHEMTREC, LLC, a subsidiary of the American Chemistry Council (ACC). 

Account Representative

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $66,000.00 Annually

The position is responsible for providing support to the Account Managers, including on the day to day management of Account Managed accounts as well as complex Customer Service managed accounts. The position will also support new customers, managed by a team of Account Representatives, that require assistance and maintenance that exceeds a typical Customer Service managed account. The position reports directly to the Director, Customer Care.

Senior Sales Manager

Salary Range: $91,000.00 To $109,000.00 Annually

The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of CHEMTREC’s sales program, with a specific focus on new customer sales. The position is also responsible for completing sales forecasts, developing key process indicators (KPIs), and effectively executing the strategic sales plan. The position reports directly to the Director, Sales and Business Development.

Emergency Services Specialist

Salary Range: $63,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

The position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the assigned shift within the CHEMTREC Operations Center.  The position reports directly to the Lead Watch Supervisor. 

Training, Outreach and Partnerships (TOPs) Manager

Salary Range: $87,000.00 To $105,000.00 Annually

The position is responsible for supporting the TRANSCAER program in the U.S. and Mexico and overseeing emergency response training and grant initiatives related to hazardous materials transportation. This position is also responsible for managing grant funding, regulatory compliance and building strategic partnerships while leading national outreach efforts. The position reports directly to the Director, Training, Outreach and Partnership.
