Position Summary

The position is responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy, managing CHEMTREC and TRANSCAER’s websites, growing their presence on social media platforms, and overseeing paid media campaigns. The position reports directly to the Marketing Director.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Manages and maintains the CHEMTREC and TRANSCAER websites, ensuring both websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Optimizes websites using SEO best practices, UX principles, competitive analysis, and research.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and optimize content, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Develops and executes social media campaigns for CHEMTREC and TRANSCAER, including content creation, scheduling, paid advertising, influencer management, and community engagement.
  • Manages and grows CHEMTREC and TRANSCAER's presence on key social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Vevo. 
  • Conducts regular website audits, analyzes performance metrics, and provides insights for continuous improvement.
  • Plans, executes, and optimizes paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, programmatic, retargeting, social media ads) to meet specific KPIs.
  • Monitors budgets, analyzes performance data, and provides actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media management.
  • Attends conferences, tradeshows, and trainings on behalf of CHEMTREC or TRANSCAER, as needed.
  • Creates website forms and surveys.
  • Writes blog posts and press releases.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in web content management systems (CMS), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work off-hours when needed to address website issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.


  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 
  • Experience with Drupal Content Management System
