Manager of Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement 

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

The Manager, Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement, is responsible for leading CHEMTREC's customer experience (CX) improvement initiatives, customer feedback programs, and cross-functional process improvement efforts. This position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, operational effectiveness, and overall service delivery.

Finance & Reporting Manager

Salary Range: $88,000.00 To $105,000.00 Annually

CHEMTREC is seeking a highly motivated Finance and Reporting Manager to play a key role in driving the organization's financial strategy, business performance, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Controller, this position leads budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis activities for CHEMTREC, LLC, a subsidiary of the American Chemistry Council (ACC). 

Account Representative

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $66,000.00 Annually

The position is responsible for providing support to the Account Managers, including on the day to day management of Account Managed accounts as well as complex Customer Service managed accounts. The position will also support new customers, managed by a team of Account Representatives, that require assistance and maintenance that exceeds a typical Customer Service managed account. The position reports directly to the Director, Customer Care.

Senior Sales Manager

Salary Range: $91,000.00 To $109,000.00 Annually

The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of CHEMTREC’s sales program, with a specific focus on new customer sales. The position is also responsible for completing sales forecasts, developing key process indicators (KPIs), and effectively executing the strategic sales plan. The position reports directly to the Director, Sales and Business Development.

Specialist in spoedeisende hulp

De Emergency Services Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van de toegewezen dienst binnen het CHEMTREC Operations Center. De functie rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Lead Watch Supervisor.

Training, Outreach and Partnerships (TOPs) Manager

Salary Range: $87,000.00 To $105,000.00 Annually

The position is responsible for supporting the TRANSCAER program in the U.S. and Mexico and overseeing emergency response training and grant initiatives related to hazardous materials transportation. This position is also responsible for managing grant funding, regulatory compliance and building strategic partnerships while leading national outreach efforts. The position reports directly to the Director, Training, Outreach and Partnership.
