CHEMTREC Drill Program
Quite often, the first time a caller interacts with CHEMTREC is during the chaos of an actual emergency. So to help callers know what to do during times of crisis, CHEMTREC offers a comprehensive drill program.
When you aren’t prepared, mistakes happen. CHEMTREC’s drill program familiarizes your team with our process by walking them through a mock emergency situation. By ensuring that they know what to expect from a call to CHEMTREC, the chaos of an actual emergency is minimized. The drill program is comprehensive, with exercises that simulate exactly how CHEMTREC’s Emergency Service Specialists respond to actual emergency calls.
Potential customers, registrants, companies, government officials, carriers and emergency responders all benefit from the hands on experience. By walking through the motions of an actual chemical emergency response, they will have a better understanding of how CHEMTREC assists in these situations, as well as what resources and services we offer.
