STEP 1: New Registration
Enter Company Information and Administrative Contact
The Company Name (Registrant) that you enter here should be the same name that you provide in the "shipper" box on shipping papers included with your hazardous materials shipments. This is the name given to us by first responders, carriers et al when reporting a hazmat incident to our emergency number. In addition, this is most frequently the name provided to us by Regulators to validate company compliance with the regulations. The more exactly you reference this name (both in the shipping papers, and in the CHEMTREC registration record), the quicker our Emergency Services Specialists (ESS) can locate the name in our system, and the more accurately we can provide registration status to Regulators seeking our assistance.
