In the Resources for Emergency Responders section, responders will find information on: training programs and conferences; how to use CHEMTREC services during incidents and drills; DOT's Emergency Response Guidebook and how to obtain it; as well as useful web links.
Already a CHEMTREC registrant? As an existing CHEMTREC customer, you can now review and update your company records and contacts online and in real-time. Simply LOG IN to the Customer Support Center using your confidential password and, with a click of your mouse, update your records. Need to pay a renewal invoice? You can do so online from within the Customer Support Center. You can change the priorities associated with your emergency contacts, with speed and ease. Or update phone numbers, add a new contact, or delete an old one - all in minutes using our new Customer Support Center.
