Your email address will be your ID for logging in to the new CHEMTREC website. Passwords have been automatically generated for every Administrator who has an email address entered into our database. We will be contacting Administrators to provide you with your ID and password as your renewal cycle approaches - but feel free to contact CHEMTREC Customer Service to obtain yours at 800-262-8200, or email us at customerservice@chemtrec.com. Once you log in to the Customer Support Center you will be able to update your profile with us and, if you wish, change your CHEMTREC assigned password to something more memorable.
If you have had access to the previous CHEMTREC website, your IDs and passwords from that service will not give you access to the new site. Those individuals accessing the old website will be first to receive their new ID and password information.
